If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and USD. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Delivery Policy General Information
• We work to ship out orders from 2 to 7 working days. For holidays, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
• Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
• If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
• If more than one item is purchased within the same order all items will be shipped combined as one order, if multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately.
• We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
• Once the purchased item is not available on stock Mrskeepa will usually contact you if this happens.
International Shipping Information
• All international packages are shipped via DHL. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
• Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination.
• International orders are subject to duties/customs fees. We do NOT collect these fees at checkout and if applicable, may be collected at time of delivery. Domestic Shipping Information
• Our shipping options for shipping within the UAE are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.
• Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
• Once the package has left our warehouse, Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.
